I just loved staying at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, just off the main street in Chamonix, and the rooms are cozy and clean. The service was exceptional, with the staff making me feel like living in a Christmas mansion with all the wonderful decorations. However, the room size was a bit tight for a double, and the dining hours were limited to only 8-10AM.

The rooms were a good size and comfy, with a big shower and new TV. However, the space felt a bit cramped for a double room, and some design aspects, like the wardrobe door hitting the bed, were a bit inconvenient.

8.2/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although recently renovated and clean, were a bit cramped for a double, with limitations on wardrobe access. The service was top-notch, very friendly and helpful, with convenient ski storage facilities. The location is a major highlight, central and close to the Brévent lift, though a mix-up with room allocation was a downside. Dining was good, especially the hosting, but with a slight issue regarding room type. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
